    Yes. All our employees in the support staff are insured and bonded by the Worker's Compensation Board. They are constantly supervised and evaluated by professional nursing supervisors.
  • Can the Workers Visiting Our Homes Be Trusted?
    Yes, they can. All our employees are thoroughly screened for prior criminal records and various vulnerability checks before being placed with a client.
  • Are You Associated with Any Government Health Care Programs?
    Yes, we are. While some of our clients pay privately for our services, some are subsidized through Eastern Health if they meet the financial criteria.
  • Would You Help People with Specific Needs with Their Day-to-day Activities?
    Yes. Our support workers accompany clients to the doctor's, get groceries, run errands and chores, administer medications, and ensure no hindrances in their lifestyle.
  • Do You Provide Care for Clients with Disabilities and Illnesses?
    Yes. We have worked with clients coping with physical and cognitive difficulties. Our caregivers have provided specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's disease and terminal illnesses.
  • Are You Flexible with Your Schedule to Meet the Client's Needs?
    Yes. Our trained staff is available to serve you according to your timeline. We ensure that you have a professional by your side any time of the day, whether for a few hours, days, weeks or months.
